Andrea and David

Another rainy weekend.....and another great couple to enjoy it with!
I was so excited to photograph Andie and Dave's wedding.  I had so much fun at their engagement session...I truly enjoyed our times together talking about their dogs Sadie and Abby and I was so happy to hear about David's upcoming job.
Darlene and I arrived at the couple's home just shortly after 11:00am and were greeted by Andie's adoring parents.  We had the privilege of sharing a table with them at the reception that evening and had such a great time listening to their stories and spending time with Andie's grandparents.
As the rain continued to pour outside we were having fun indoors.  Andie looked gorgeous in her dress and I loved her pink shoes.  The colours of the bouquet were the perfect accent piece to the vibrant blues of the bridesmaid dresses.
Our next location was to Johan's home, a good friend of the couple.  What a beautiful place!  Just as we pulled up the sun came peaking out.  It was a perfect setting for Andie and Dave to share their "first glimpse"of one another.

As Andie walked towards David you could here the sighs of the bridal party.  They both looked beautiful.

Soon we were joined by Sadie and Abby......the most adorable little dogs who posed for the camera the whole time.

Seriously could you get any cuter?

Johan's park....sorry yard... was so beautiful that we could have photographed there all day but it was time to go to St. Charles Country Club.  Thank you Johan again, it was a pleasure to meet you and see your beautiful home.

I just want to say a huge "thank you" to the wedding party.  You were all so great to work with.  We had so much fun capturing your laughter, silliness but the overall energy was fantastic.  You are all so AWESOME!

We arrived at the stunning St. Charles Country Club shortly after 2:00pm.  This was my first time coming to the club and it was breathtaking.  Thank you to the wonderful staff and to the fine management for inviting us on your grounds and for giving me the opportunity to photograph your gorgeous venue.

The best was is yet to come....David's Camaro!

Our formal photos ended at Grant's Old Mill where we met up with the children who were the perfect addition to this outstanding wedding party.  What an adorable bunch.  This group of "little ladies" were true little princesses.  I was so impressed by their smiles.... I could tell how important Andie and Dave are in their lives as the kids showed nothing but love and admiration for the couple as they posed for the  photos.

As our session ended the raindrops began to fall again, great job everybody.....now it was time to get married!

Andie and Dave were married in an elegant ceremony held inside at St. Charles surrounded by friends and family.

We ended our evening at the reception.  What a wonderful night.  The dinner was outstanding and the entertainment was amazing.  Andie and Dave were blessed with roars of laughter shared amongst everyone in the room as friends and family came up to microphone to tell stories, give speeches or just have Uncle Jack crack a few jokes.  It was truly a delight to be there.

Thank you to all of the family and friends who made this day so wonderful for Andrea and David.

To Andie and Dave-you are both such kind-hearted and wonderful couple.  We wish you tons of love....laughter...smiles....and a chicken dance....in all of the years to come.

Congratulations!
